Once you've placed your order:

Please respond to the order confirmation email and attach your graphics, text and special instructions.  

You may also send graphics via email to: Cicely@VenturaEngraving.com,  Or via text to (805)746-6137.

Black and white graphics work the best but we're happy to try and work with anything. It's not often that a graphic is completely unusable.

Please include any wording you would like exactly as you would like it to read.
We're also happy to design a flask for you if you send a message pointing us in the right direction.
After an order is placed we will send back graphics for approval as well as font choices.
If you would like to see a mock up before placing an order please just send us a message.
We will not engrave your flask until you approve the mock up.
It takes us about 24 hours to get your image converted and sent back to you, so please make sure to look out for messages!

Last but not least. We keep very limited stock in the shop.  Because there are so many shapes, sizes and colors we special order almost all of our flasks. This makes our turn around time average about 12 days.  If you are in a hurry we are happy to try and source the color and size hydro flask you would like locally, but it is often difficult to get the specific size and color.  Please inquire for current stock for faster turnarounds.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please plan for a 1-2 week turnaround (plus transit time) unless you have made arrangements for a rush order (see above).

Can I return my custom engraved product?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns due to the nature of custom engraving.  Once the graphic is approved and printed, it's yours.  Of course, if we make a mistake, we will fix it, either in the form of a refund or replacement.

Did your shop used to be on Main Street?

Yes, and we were also on Bayshore, and at the Artisan.  We're hoping to stay here awhile this time.

Why are your hours by appointment only?

We are fortunate enough to work from home.  Kids, dogs, carpools tend to disrupt the normal 9-5.  Just give us a call or send a text.  We're usually available, even on weekends and evenings!

What do I do if my shipment arrived damaged?

Please take pictures of the damaged product as well as the condition of the shipping box and send them our way via email (cicely@venturaengrving.com) or text (805) 746-6137.  All packages are insured.  In most cases we will send you a shipping label to return the damaged product.
